I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was superb, right near the train station and close to all the highlights of Zermatt. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience, while delightful with a view straight to the Matterhorn, could have had more diverse options for fish lovers. Overall, a great value for money considering all the fantastic aspects of this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The incredible views of the Matterhorn are just breathtaking; it's like having a postcard-worthy scene from my room. The tiny bathroom was a bit of a downside, but the most amazing view of the Matterhorn definitely made up for it. Additionally, the option to upgrade for a view for only 10CHF per person was totally worth it.
